On May 7, 2018, Impax Laboratories, Inc. combined with Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE:AMRX) to create a dynamic company powered by a robust U.S. generics business and growing branded franchise. Today, we are working to integrate our business into the new Amneal and are excited about our future as one company.

Our Impax generic products continue to be available within the continental United States and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Provided is a Product Database for our customers. The customer base for our products consists primarily of drug wholesalers, warehousing chain drug stores, mass merchandisers and mail-order pharmacies.

Ordering & Terms

Orders and Shipments

All orders are subject to acceptance by our Generics Division.

Merchandise will be shipped “F.O.B. Destination” from our warehouse site in Memphis, TN to the address supplied by the customer. If an expedited shipping service or special handling is requested, the Generics Division reserves the right to charge the customer for those additional expenses.

Standard Payment Terms

2% 30 days, net 31 days.


Our Generics Division prices are subject to change without notice.

Loss or Damage in Shipment

Should you experience any loss of, or damages to, product in transit, we require notification, no more than 96 hours after receipt of the shipment.


A certificate of Product Liability Insurance will be made upon request.
